Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your holster in its original container.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring all original hardware and accessories are included inside.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
